THE OPEN RECORD PROVIDES SERVICES “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

  • Damages resulting from use of our fact-checking analysis
  • Third-party content or services

Maximum liability is limited to fees paid for services in the past 12 months.
