THE OPEN RECORD PROVIDES SERVICES “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

- Damages resulting from use of our fact-checking analysis
- Third-party content or services
Maximum liability is limited to fees paid for services in the past 12 months.
9. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

- Fraudulent activity
- Non-payment (for paid services)
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with notice to users. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
